The body shop: camomile cleansing butter

A while back I was in ‘the body shop’ with my mother. And she bought for the umpteenth time the camomile cleansing butter and told me that it worked fantastically. Because she bought this over and over I directly was curious to try this product out. In the meantime, I emptied this butter 3 times or even 4 times… So yes, I for sure understand why my mother recommends this one. šŸ˜‰ So time to tell you all about this cleansing butter!

The camomile sumptuous cleansing butter contains calming chamomile is vegan and suitable for sensitive skin. This butter must remove (waterproof) make-up and impurities.

How to use it?

You take a small amount of this butter and bring this on dry skin. Then you are going to massage it onto the skin. I love to do this in a circular motion and I do this for around 45 seconds till 1 min. Then you can rinse it off with warm water or use a wet reusable make-up towel (I love the ones from action). If I use a reusable towel then I afterward use a lotion just to be sure. If I don’t use such a towel, then I wash my face with my regular cleanser just to be sure that all my make-up is removed.

It’s easy to apply this butter, when it touches the skin it melts away. And thanks to that it feels so good to massage it on the skin. The butter smells subtle it’s a chamomile smell. I find this an amazing product to remove my make-up in a mild way. Even waterproof mascara is easy to remove with this butter. Normally I have sensitive eyes and this one works fantastic. But I must say, I always do a double-check, just to be sure. I do this by washing my face afterward or just extra cleaning it with some lotion on a cotton pad. But this butter removes almost all my make-up. Because you just need a little from this cleanser it’s economical in use.

Conclusion:

Yes, I’m a fan! If you are looking for a cleanser that is soft for the skin and removes all the make-up. Then is this what you need! I bought this one many times and soon I’m going to buy it again. At this moment I’m using the oil from the same line and soon a review about that will come online. But I already can tell you that I’m a fan of oil and butter. I’m very happy that my mother recommends this butter, because it works fantastic to remove make-up.

Price: the camomile cleansing butter 90 ml cost ā‚¬14. You also have a smaller packing, perfect to try this one, it cost ā‚¬5 for 20 ml.
