Lush: aqua marina

Some time ago I had 5 empty lush packagings… So that means that it was time to switch these for a free face mask. And of course to take a quick look at the story, to spot something else interesting… And of course, this was the case because I bought this fresh cleanser: aqua marina. I already try out a fresh cleanser from lush before namely: dark angels and at that time I really love that one! But now a few years later I notice that my skin had different needs, that’s why I choose the aqua marina cleanser. This is a cleanser with minerals, so time to tell you more about it!

Aqua marina:

In the cleanser, you can find aloe vera which helps to maintain moisture, seaweed, and calamine help to absorb excess oil, give a matt finish and help against irritation. You also find fine sea salt in this cleanser, this is perfect to cleanse the skin with.

The cleanser is perfect for all skin types, even sensitive ones. And good to know this one is vegan.

How to use:

You can take a small piece from this cleanser, you only need a bit from it, and you add some water. Then it becomes some kind of pasta and this you can massage onto your face and after that, you can rinse it off. You can use this cleanser during the morning and or evening. After some time I perfectly knew how much to take, the size of the pea.

What do I find of this cleanser?

Let’s start with what I disliked the most… This is of course personally… But the smell from this cleanser was nothing for me. I could smell the seaweed a bit too much, and I didn’t love the smell of that. But for the rest, I really love this cleanser! It’s a mild, soft, and rich cleanser. It doesn’t dry out my skin, I just have the feeling that it takes care of my dehydrated skin. My skin feels good and soft. It’s for sure a lovely mild cleanser that works fantastic! I used this one in the morning and evening and this 100 grams packing was enough for almost 3 months. So excepted that this is a good cleanser it’s also economical in use.

Price: lush, aqua marina cost €11,50 for 100 grams.

I’m not sure or it’s just me… But I have the feeling that lush made a lot of products more expensive? Because when I bought this cleanser, it was cheaper… But this is the price that is on their website.
