Hot or not // the wavy brows trend

The beauty world always knows how to surprise us. The last couple of years we saw a lot of special and weird trends. But now for the eyebrows there is a new very bizarre trend… We already had the featherbrow trend, but now there is the “wavy brows”. Of course I must tried this trend. And I must admit it was not easy to make a wavy shape in my brows. My brows are very thick so it was a real challenge. But the result is of course a wavy brow. And don’t know of I like this. I find it kind of weird. But I will explain how you can make you brows to a wavy shape without waxing or epilating them.

De beauty wereld weet ons altijd te verrassen. De laatste jaren zagen we verschillende speciale en vreemde trends voorbij komen. Maar de laatste nieuwste trend voor de wenkbrauwen is wel enorme speciaal. Hiervoor hadden we al de featherbrow trend, maar de nieuwe trend is nu “wavy brows”. Natuurlijk moest ik deze trend proberen. En ik moet toegeven dat het niet makkelijk was om zo’n golvende wenkbrauw te maken. Mijn wenkbrauwen zijn enorm dik dus het was een hele opdracht. Maar het resultaat is dan natuurlijk een aparte golvende wenkbrauw. Ik ben er nog altijd niet uit of ik het leuk vind of niet. Want op het eerste zicht ziet het er vreemd uit. Maar ik ga je wel uitleggen hoe je deze wavy vorm kan creëren zonder te waxen of te epileren.

So how can you create this wavy shape? You will need an eyebrow pencil and a brow gel and a concealer. So first stat with drawing the wavy shape you want. Make a wavy shape in your brows with the brow gel. And fill in the wavy shape with the pencil. To get a more tighter shape you can use the concealer. And voila now you got wavy brows! (It’s sounds simple but in real life it was for me much harder 😉 ) So good luck!

As you can see there are a lot of different ways to create wavy brows. You can do it subtle or just as wavy or crazy with some color as youself want! What do you think from this trend? I still find it a bit weird. But maybe it really can be a trend, and soon you will see the people walking with wavy brows. How weird but cool would that be? 😉

Zoals je kan zien zijn er verschillende varianten van de wavy brows. Je kan het subtiel of juist zo wavy of crazy met kleur maken zoals je zelfs wilt. Wat vindt jij van deze trend? Ik vind het nog altijd wat vreemd. Maar het kan wel misschien een trend worden, en dan zie je mensen rond wandelen met wavy brows. Hoe vreemd maar gaaf zou dit zijn? 😉
